As Coach in Residence for your organisation I will be available for set hours each week or month for employees to book a confidential coaching session by video call. Change is inevitable, and it’s hard. During my career in change management I have had to both make the tough decisions, and stand alongside colleagues facing the threats to the norm and the opportunities of the new. As your resident coach I will be on hand during the change period to support employees facing redeployment or redundancy, and to offer coaching to the managers having to make the hard choices.
